Shipping Your Cards Securely: CGC Card Grading Packaging Instructions

Sending valuable CGC Cards to G-Dizzle Collectibles for CGC grading requires careful preparation. To ensure your collection arrives safely and avoids damage during transport, please follow our detailed card grading packaging instructions precisely.

Secure packaging is crucial for a flawless CGC grading process.

• Protection First: For the best protection of your cards, place each card into a standard, soft protective sleeve.
• The Toploader: Then, place each sleeved card in a semi-rigid toploader. Important: The toploader you choose must be sturdy enough for safe handling and removal during the CGC grading process.
• Order Matters: Put all of your cards in between two pieces of cardboard that are slightly larger than the cards themselves. Tip: When packaging your trading cards for shipment, please ensure they are placed in the exact order as they appear on your submission form.
• Binding: Secure the cardboard pieces with rubber bands. Ensure the rubber bands are not too tight. They should be just tight enough to hold the cardboard pieces together and prevent the cards from shifting or falling out.
• Warning: If packed too tightly, the cards inside may be damaged due to excessive pressure.
• Cushioning: Protect the bound cards with suitable packing material, such as bubble wrap, foam, or other quality shipping/packing materials.

Use a sturdy outer cardboard box for final shipping.

• Outer Cardboard Box: Ensure the bound cards are not packed too tightly inside the box. After placing your completed submission form with all Card Details in the box along with the cards, use strong packing tape to seal the outside of the box.
