Box Break Rules – How Our Breaks Work
To ensure you know exactly what you're signing up for, here's a clear overview of all the important box break rules at G-Dizzle Collectibles. We believe in transparency, fairness, and an exciting experience for every participant.
General Information
- Unless otherwise stated, our box breaks are group breaks.
- You only receive cards from the teams you purchased or were assigned.
- There is no guarantee of receiving rare or valuable cards - or any cards at all.
- Manufacturing errors or missing content must be addressed directly with the card manufacturer.
- Refunds are not available. By purchasing a spot, you agree to these terms.
When & Where Do Breaks Take Place?
- All of our Box Breaks are streamed exclusively live on our Voggt by Fanatics Collect Channel.
- The exact date, time, topic, and content of each individual break are officially set and communicated directly via the Voggt platform.
- We will announce selected Highlight Shows and Special Breaks (e.g., major product releases or chase events) via our Website, Instagram, and Facebook channels. Please follow us there for major event updates!
- Important: Unexpected changes to the break schedule, date, or time will also be communicated immediately via our Website and Social Media channels.
Which Cards Are Shipped?
- All cards from the break are shipped to their rightful owners.
Pick Your Team (PYT) Explained
- In a PYT break, you purchase your preferred team in advance.
- You receive all cards pulled for that team – no random assignments.
Card Protection & Shipping
- Autographs, memorabilia & high-end cards are sleeved and placed in toploaders.
- In some cases, magnetic holders are used for extra protection.
- All other cards are secured in team bags and shipped in bubble mailers.
- Express shipping with tracking (national & international) Monday–Friday.
- Cards are typically shipped 3–5 days post-stream.
Special Cases & Exceptions
- Missing content (e.g., no autograph in box): No replacements, as manufacturers offer no guarantee.
- Expired redemption cards: Must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
Unassignable players/teams:
- Active players → current team.
- Retired players → team with most appearances.
- No clear team/player → random assignment.
- Multiple players/teams on one card: Random draw, performed live on camera.
- Panini Points or reward cards: Randomly assigned to one of the participants.
Shipping Issues?
- We pack everything securely and carefully.
- If problems arise, we will help wherever we can.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping provider.
